Ordering Information

You will find answers to most of your questions about how to place an order, in the section below.  If you have read the ordering information and still have some questions unanswered, please feel free to contact us at info@createdwithstyle.com.au.

1.  Add your selected item to the shopping cart

Once you have chosen the items you wish to purchase, you must enter the quantity you wish to purchase. You may also be prompted to select the relevant options for that product such as colour/style &/or printing option. Once complete, select the "add to cart" button. If you have not completed all of the options for that product, an error message will be displayed prompting you to complete all options.  

2.  View the items in your cart

You can view the items in your cart at any time by clicking the "shopping trolley" icon on the top right hand of your screen. You can update, remove or clear the contents of your cart from this area. You can resume shopping from the cart by selecting from the left hand menu. 

3.  Proceed to check out

Once you are happy with the contents of your cart, select the "check out" button to check out.

4.  Terms and Conditions

All orders are subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully. You will be asked to confirm your acceptance of the terms and conditions before proceeding any further.

5.  Enter your details and submit

You will next be prompted to Log In. 

If you are an existing user, enter your email address and password. Your details will be pre-populated for you. If any of your details have changed, please make relevant amendments before submitting. 

If you have forgotten your password, click on "forgotten password?" and this will be emailed to you automatically. 

If you are new user, click on "new user". You will be prompted to enter your personal details so we can process your order. Details required are name, address, email address etc. "Submit" details when entered.

6.  Select a payment option 

100% of payment is required before your order will be processed. You can choose to pay on-line or off-line.

To pay on-line you can pay by credit card using Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard. You will be redirected to www.stratapay.com.au to make your credit card payment (a secure merchant payment service). A receipt will display to confirm payment has been received. You should print this and keep it as a confirmation of your payment. The site will then redirect you back to createdwithstyle.com.au

To pay off-line, you can pay by cash, cheque, money order as well as credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Bankcard). When you have chosen this option an invoice will display that you should print to keep as a reference for when you make payment. All of your payment options are displayed on the invoice and include Bill Express, Australia Post, B-Pay, Internet and Phone. 

Please note: we will not commence processing of your order until payment has been received in full. Please allow for cheque payments to be cleared by our financial institution.

7.  You will receive a confirmation email

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the products you have ordered, payment option chosen, special instructions and printing information requests. If you have paid on-line, this email will also include a tax invoice (for you to keep for taxation purposes). If you have chosen to pay off-line, a second email will be sent with your tax invoice once payment as been received.  

8. Send us your printing information (when applicable)

If you have ordered and chosen for us to complete any printing, you will be emailed several files that you are required to complete and send back to us. These files allow you to tell us information such as the wording for your stationery, your guest’s names, addresses etc.  Please take care in completing this information as we cannot guarantee to pick up any errors, such as spelling errors, in your information files.

9.  Inks / Fonts / Wordings

We flat print in Black ink only.  Refer to our Font Gallery for a large choice of fonts.  You can have any text you wish printed on your stationery.  For a wide selection of wording suggestions please refer to our Suggested Wordings page.

10.  Proofs

We will furnish a black and white copy proof of your order via email.  A proof entitles you to one set of complimentary amendments.  After this additional proofs will be charged at $35 per proof set.  Your order will be considered confirmed once the proof has been approved.  Any changes made after the proof has been approved will be charged as a new order regardless of how the error occurred.  We will not proceed with the printing of any order until we have received a signed proof approval sheet either by fax or mail.  Any spelling mistakes printed that are determined to originate from errors made by the client, are deemed to be the fault of the client and will be reprinted at the client's expense.

11.  Delivery and charges

Delivery is made using Australia Post.

(a)  For orders within Australia. 

For orders that do not require printing delivery is approximately 14 business days.  For orders that require us to print, delivery times may vary from between 3 to 5 weeks depending on the type of product ordered and the delivery destination.  Should for any reason a delivery delay occur, you will be notified. A delivery charge of AUD$9.90 will apply.

(b)  For orders outside Australia. 

Delivery times will depend on the destination. All orders will incur a delivery charge of AUD$50.00 will apply. We use the Australia Post Economy service to deliver outside Australia.
